Houseguest

For the next week or so. Dressie (aka skank) has a respiratory infection and needs daily meds so Mom brought her down with her.

...there might actually be an end in sight to this commute?

It looks like we will be moving further north to Bucks County. We found a house, it has a fenced yard (lot is 1/2 acre) and an office and enough bedrooms for Peanut and Gram both! No more sharing - Peanut/Gram/my craft room wrapped into one cramped other bedroom!

Only problems with the houseare the kitchen is very outdated (and no gas cooking) and there is carpeting throughout. The kitchen isn't a big deal - I will update it soon enough - but the carpets are a major problem. Pissa the cat doesn't like carpets and carpets are not conducive to the older cats (who frequently vomit in inappropriate places). Haven't figured out a solution to this problem...
The house was a steal, however, so we had to overlook those problems. Our agent was a little surprised the sellers took our offer, but the property is vacant so I guess they just needed to sell.

We have the home inspection Thursday - keeping my fingers crossed no surprises like last time.

I cannot wait to move!!!
