Cooking down some of our tomatoes.  Nothing beats knowing you are eating 100% organic tomatoes and nothing else in your sauce.  Well, with basil from the garden too!

Dill pickles

Mom is teaching Ian how to can dill pickles with the cucumbers from our garden.  They added lots of garlic and hot peppers (from the garden) too.

Garden

Bumper crop of cucumbers this year.  Mom is making dill pickles (for Chase and Ian...not for me or Peanut!) and is chilling them before canning tonight.  Our heirloom tomatoes are finally really producing...7 different varieties this year.
